Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs,
  • 2 fresh cucumbers
  • 10 pieces. radish

Cooking:

  • Boil potato tubers until cooked, cook hard-boiled eggs.

Cooking:

The classic recipe for okroshka with kefir and sausage can be varied with other ingredients, for example, add mustard and mineral water. Cold soup immediately acquires interesting, spicy and bright notes of taste.

  • 3-4 eggs
  • 300 g salami
  • 1.5 liters of kefir,

I just wanted to add that instead of boiled water, which is cooled before pouring, it is possible to add just a mineral water. It will be even tastier!

In this case, kefir, and all the ingredients, are also made by prescription.

But you can do it a little differently. For example, many replace the main classic recipe for okroshka with kvass, making it on water or mineral water, with the addition of vinegar.

To do this, mix a small amount of cold boiled water with vinegar. Water at the same time should turn out to be slightly acidic. The main thing is not to overdo it with vinegar. Everything is done to taste!

As for kefir, you can not add it at all in combination with vinegar. Because, in this case, kefir is simply replaced with water or a mineral water. There is also an amateur!

  • 1 liter of kefir,
  • 3 tbsp. l sour cream
  • 1 liter of serum
  • salt to taste.

Cooking:

  • We take potatoes already cooked in advance and cut into cubes, you can use the Niser vegetable cutter, thanks to which the cubes are smooth and accurate. Even a sausage will pass through such a nozzle, if at first it is cut with washers.
  • Now the eggs, we also pre-boil them, pass two through a niser or cut into cubes, and grind the remaining eggs on a regular fine grater, pour into a separate bowl.
  • To the egg, also three cucumbers on a grater, we add the chopped greens of dill and onion, salt, you can pepper a little. Now take a potato crush and knead.
  • Next, we combine all the ingredients in one pan, introduce kefir and whey, put another sour-milk product and stir everything well.
  • Ready okroshka served chilled.

The recipe for beetroot and beetroot may seem strange to many, but there is nothing surprising for Latvians. After all, this is a classic version of cold soup in Latvian cuisine. We will cook beetroot okroshka with sausage, however, Latvians themselves do not add such an ingredient to the dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 fresh cucumbers
  • 1 beetroot
  • 2 potato tubers,
  • 4 eggs,
  • 1 liter of kefir,
  • 200 g of cooked sausage,

  • 500 ml of water
  • 1 tsp mustard.
